I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Banfields staff is a JOKE. My pet almost died yesterday and when I needed to talk to his vet "they don't handle those kind of situations" your a vet? Aren't you supposed to help? What am I paying you each month for?

Warning! I have had a banfield wellness plan for over a year now and this is ridiculous! My dog left in worse condition than when he went in. I have pictures for proof! Pet owners beware if you think this program is here to help so did i until this! If you really care about your pet take it to a legit vets office and steer clear of banfield!
