They are the WORST. The house they rented us was in a crappy condition with a lot of things not working, bathrooms had no towel and toilet paper holders, and although they quickly got maintenance out to fix it, every holder they installed fell off the wall within a month and all the repairs they did (such as garbage disposal and jacuzzi jets) were broken again within a month.
