We've had a rodent probem FOR 2 YEARS! We contacted Bah-Hum-Bug 2 years ago after we'd spent $1900 repairing water lines damaged by rats, which were entering the home in the vicinity of the laundry room. I loved these guys to begin with. They were nice and friendly, clean and seemed very trustworthy. We used them for four years and kept our Termite/Moisture inspections up to date with them every single year. Every year they told us we had no termites and our crawl space looked great. We had our last inspection from them 5mos ago and received the thumbs up again.

This company has been great --ridding us of bugs, rodents ect. It has been wonderful working with them. We have had them under contract now for the 2nd year and wouldn't change for anything!!

Beware consumers!!!!! RIPOFF
Owner wants to charge for services not performed. We posponed a contract visit for the second quarter and paid as promised, Bah-Hum-Bug says that "service performed in June (2nd qtr) was actually for the (3rd qtr) July because the chemicals break-down in July". Now they are charging us for the 3rd qtr. $85, but for no service in the 3rd qtr.
