I've frequented the Bagel Bakery quite often in the last ten years and it's always solid. I love their bagels, the prices are great, and the crab dip melt on everything bagel is to die for....

Bagels are good but staff never seem the least bit happy. Coffee is also not very good, I can't even explain the weird taste.

The food here is good but they are always out of the basic bagel choices - onion, garlic, etc. I don't like plain bagels every time. Make more product!

The bagels are good, and they are the only real bagels in town. BUT. The staff goes out of their way to be as nasty and rude as possible. I love bagels, and I still rarely darken their door.

They Sell Garbage

When they are not stale, the bagels here are perfectly acceptable. But they sell the bagels that were left over from the previous day before they sell the freshly baked ones. You can't tell the difference if you get them toasted, which is why they are happy to continue to sell bagels that should have been thrown out the night before.

The bagels are good when they are not stale. This place routinely sells stale bagels because, once a bagel is toasted, it is hard to know it it is stale. Even if you like your bagel toasted, you should know sometimes they will give you a stale bagel.

Best Bagels in town. Really delicious real New York style bagels. Cinnamon Raisin are the best and the Everything Bagel is delicious with no caraway seeds. Yum! Go early before all the college kids get them, or place your order the day before and they will have them ready for you to pick up the next day! Delicious!

A Reserved Thumb-Up. Like the other reviewers, I've never had a positive experience at Bagel Bakery when it comes to customer service. And it's true that prices are higher than they really should be.
