Fair prices, showed me and explained the problem, quick repair. Nice office staff. Worst thing I could say is that the chairs in the waiting area are uncomfortable. But that seems to be the case in most auto shops.

I've had this shop do a few jobs for me and have been reasonably satisfied, though I must say that the office manager, the woman who takes/makes calls et cetera, really turns me off by her poor interpersonal skills and professionalism.
