Eric Altizer is great; very caring and supportive. But prices at Auto Haus are way too high, especially for routine service items like oil changes. Pricing structure should be re-examined and lowered to encourage more customers.

Service department not very good, had to take my car there twice to get to gasolines my allowed a bit.
Good communication and got the car done on time. They would have forgotten to rotate the tires, which was due at this service, but their good communication in letting me know what had been done enabled them to rotate the tires while I was on the way to pick the car up. Very good to work with.

You're blaming them for a entirely different problem on your car 3 weeks AFTER they re-worked your brakes? New brake pad squeal is very common after a brake job,but they did correct the issue and I assume at no charge since you never mentioned extra $$. Will is right. There isn't a rip off here. The overheating problem is unrelated to the brakes being fixed. As with any vehicle, things do break or wear out and being a 1996 model it is not uncommon for a mechanical failure to occur. Accusing the shop of causing the breakdown 3 weeks after repairing your brakes is just wrong.
