The staffs were very helpful, kind and polite since another service was needed when car part regulator replaced. Part was ordered and installed in a timely manner.

A few points

I was employeed by G.M and was a technician in a shop. I would like to admit that from time to time (with the rush put on us by management, district managers, regional managers) that scratches would occure. If we could'nt doctor it up enough so you would'nt notice then we would tell you (the customer). Several tricks would be used. they'd smear primer on the scratch then clean it with a scrub...

Didn't repair windshield correctly!

I work for a glass company. So I know the reason for you to get the repair is to stop the cracks from spreading. If the repair is done correctly it will not run. Over time the substance they use to feel it in may wear away and it may run but definetely not 5 days after the repair.

I went to Glassmasters for a small crack in my windshield. Five days later the windshield cracked on both sides (larger than original crack).
They advertise a lifetime warranty, so I called them and they refused to fix it.
Now I have to take time out to contact a lawyer.
Terrible service all the way around.
