We are just visiting. My brother and his family live here at Audubon.He said they had apts to lease by the day. They are very nice. And very reasonable. Cheaper and cleaner then most hotels in area. Location is great. Close to Blue Ridge Highway . Which is awesome. If you come to asheville area. Check them both out. You wont be sorry.

Amazing people at the leasing office. Lauren and Dave are amazing at their job and care about their residents here at Audubon. We moved into the new constructed buildings and they are awesome! Granite countertops, roomy floor plans and makes an apartment feel like a home! Great community great people great staff!

It's the people. From Management, to all the great guys who work in Maintenance. My neighbors are very pleasant and I love my apartment. The grounds are beautiful and well groomed. The location is perfect.

Just moved in and we love it so far. The people are much friendlier than where we were and its quiet. The main apartment doors slam alot but that's mostly tolerable.

Only been here a little over a month but our family has really enjoyed it. Like the 2 bedroom floorplan, has good space. Our little girl loves the playground, its great for the wife to not have to load the kids up to just go for a walk or go to a playground. Lots of shopping and restaurants close.

Very quiet complex. Well maintained on the outside grounds. Beautiful landscaping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoy the socials and activities for the residents. Love the covered picnic/grilling area next to pool. With the addition of 5 more buildings, definitely will need another pool. The current one becomes very crowded on weekends. The appliances in the apts need to be updated and...

The development is a great place to live. It is convenient to shopping, hiking and higher education. The grounds are well maintained and attractive through each season. The maintenance staff is very responsive as is the management, particularly in an emergent situation. The reason not to give 5 stars has nothing to do with the people that work here, it would be elements out of their control. ...
