I was staying there with my fiancee. Everynight there were kids/adults hanging out drinking, cursing few fights. Neighbors had the police called on twice for domestic fighting. Our walls literally shook when he was slamming her against the walls. People walk there dogs and there is crap everywhere. Kids are loud there throughout all hours of the day. Its like a hangout spot. Just no piece
I loved the manager from the minute I walked in. She was very helpful and was able to get me set up and moved in the SAME day. The apartment is nice and in the month I have been here I have not had a problem that was not cleared up within 24 hours. I have told any of friends looking for a apartment to go see Julia, she will hook you up!
this place is so bad man its people dealing drugs out here its hell like the last person said a lot of gangs a lot of kids not worth the money say your self the the trouble as soon as my lease end i moving i don't care if i have to live on the streets i am getting up out of there
Living in Auburn Chase haas been miserable, it is not worth the rent, it is Ghetto, loud music, people hanging on the corners, Great Atlantic suck A**I cant wait to move from this hell hole!
To be honest this place was not the best in the world, and not worth the price. There was a murder commited outside my apartment, many "ghetto" people occupy these apartments. My neighbors played very loud lame music and smoked pot in the hallways. The pool was nice, when there weren't drug deals went down.
This apartment, and basically all Great Atlantic apartments are POS's. In short, my apartment was basically a former crackhouse which was basically caddy-shack fixed up and something went wrong or broke at least 1-2 times a month. Managers are rude, and maintenance service SUCKS. I hate this place...I can go on...email if you want more info.
We were new to the area and did not know the area very well- BAD MISTAKE. I have never seen a property run so poorly in my life, the resident manager(Barbara) was ghetto and did not have ANY business running a property. Maint was a joke, but I guess you get what you pay for. Anything managed by great atlantic properties is truely GHETTO. RUN... RUN....RUN....
Nice apartments, much better place to live in now that management has finally put their foot down, its even quiet at night now.

Auburn Chase is a nice community. I have been here for a few months and was glad to see new management. Maintenance is a little slow but the work gets done properly. Recently I have seen a police officer who lives here that actually patrols the community and has helped quiet some of the noise. I would reccomend this complex to my friends. It's not the nices place in town but considering how cheap it is, you can't go wrong. I never had too much trouble getting things worked on. My refrigerator broke and they came to fix it several times. Finally I had to make them get me a new one. That's the only negative I have. The neighborhood isn't great but if you're just in and out all the time it doesn't really matter.

Management is very bad here..they don't fix the problems for months. When you move out..becareful..they charge almost everything on you. The apartments are very old..and falling aparts. Lots of crikets and spiders running around on the floor, very nasty. Lots of noise and crimes..very bad..When we move out we had to pay them back around $500 for damage we didn't do..cause the apartments were...
