I wanted to give a review to garden ridge bc I tried to call them to find out something and I was very upset when they did not have a live represenative to speak to it was only automated and no option to speak with a human being. What kind of buisness does that?

As of 12-5-09 they still don't answer the phone and the automated system won't let you speak with a live person and then hangs up on you. Maybe their poor customer service is why they closed our Garden Rige in Richmond.
