We just moved to the OBX and this is our go to spot for just our family and when we have visitors. You can't beat the $6 lunch. We love the scallops and shrimp! The steamed potatoes are amazing too!

We have visited here a couple times for lunch and we will be back. The fried oysters with fries for $6.99 is hard to beat! Plus, they are delicious! Seafood at its finest and local!

This was our 2nd visit to Armstrong's....the 1st trip was excellent...this one not so! The crab cake I ordered was stuffed something (breadcrumbs, cornmeal??) didn't see a lump of crab meat. We love this place. A great find. We eat here multiple times during our stays in the OBX. The owner even went out if his way to get my son the crabs he was looking for. The owners are so friendly and the food is always fresh. Looking forward to our trip this summer. This will be our first stop...

When we got there we realized it was a seafood shop that also has a few tables set up to feed people. You can order off the menu, or pick a fish right out of the case and pay that price +$5 to have them cook it for you.
