Limped in on a battery pack via AAA with a bad battery & alternator. Checked in with Ed. Was not fixed that day. Was thinking Oh my I should have gone to the Lincoln dealer, because I had their extended warranty. Car was ready the next day & Ed had taken care of dealing with all the warranty phone calls. Life was good.

Just as Tire Buyer had indicated earlier, they charged me $93 for the mounting and balancing and did the job in less than two hours!!! This is the second time I have bought tires through Tire Buyer and had them installed by them.

I was charged at least 40 dollars more than the price quoted on Tirebuyer so I was definitely overall not satisfied. The shop was unable to adjust the computer on my truck as they said they did not have updated equipment to do so and now my truck constantly says my tires are underinflated.

Goodyear auto shop was extraordinarily accommodating on timing and staff was very pleasant. I did have to return for a re-balance because of "clunking" on one side (no additional charge). It still doesn't feel 100% right, but is much better (and I haven't yet gone back). Alignment machine was having issues, so shop recommended coming another day. had an electric problem where the dashboard would stop functioning. arlington autocare replaced the ignition switch and the problem went away. however, they charged 630$ !! i went online and found the ignition switch for 90$, but on the invoice they charged me 185$. very expensive, not sure i will go back to them.
