Community is making great changes under new ownership. I am so excited about the improvements to the clubhouse and fitness center that will be completed this month. Also one of the best dog parks in Virginia Beach. Love all the improvements. So exciting!!!
Only issues I have are parking (tons of people who do not live in the apartment complex park where there is controlled decal parking). Also issues with no updates to the apartments.
Other than these issues the complex is fine and usually a quiet area. Right within walking distance of stores and food. Also right next to a nice school.

I am a current resident and this place is disgusting. 4 days after moving in I found out about the roaches that I was promised did not have residency here. My toilet is crooked because it's not sealed to the floor properly, I have contacted code enforcement whom after inspecting, issued citations for my windows being sealed and unable to open and multiple water leaks in the master bedroom. Love the management staff. Always very helpful. Had few issues with ac and dishwasher, that were fixed immediately. One of the best places I've ever lived.

Prime location less than 5 minutes from both the oceanfront and premier shopping at Hilltop. It's also a quiet, safe and pet friendly nook, perfectly positioned for easy access to Laskin and First Colonial roads and I-264, and the staff is caring and efficient.
Not a fan of the new team. They are unoraganized and it's hard to get a hold of them. The worst part is when the matenance guy came to fix the ice maker he made my sick kid (tween) leave for an hour! She was home sick and he kicked her out!!!
This place was all messed up. Fired all matience men my bathroom was destroyed for 6 months never fixed. I dont recommend this place to anyone until i see a change and my kitchen was messed too for 6 MONTHS! But most importantly my bathroom floor was destroyed toilet was never mounted on so leaning crooked.... no love from me sorry

I do not reccomend these apartments to anyone. There is no respect for noise here. People never have there dogs on leases or clean up the mess like they are suppose to. Visitors have to park all the way by the front before you enter. If you have a complaint it never gets taken care of. There is always something wrong with the apartments and they are put together very sloppy. Do your self a favor and find a better place to live that if family friendly.
