I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR.... I don't know what's going on with Appliance Enterprise in Portsmouth (High Street), but the owner (according to a salesman) "doesn't want to deal with us because we left negative feedback" via FB on previous poor service. Why shouldn't they be obligated to provide service to fix an appliance instead of making us "shop around" for a repair person? I would...

Can't beat the wonderful appliance prices and warranty, but the customer service and follow-through with anything except appliances are less than desirable. What we would caution people about is the granite counter deals/kitchen remodels.…

Very helpful sales men, especially if you know what you're looking for. Will work with you on the prices. Will try and beat other stores prices. i have bought used/new/scratch & dent from them with no problems. now if you want fancy showrooms, not for you. but i'm just looking for good deal!

I was unhappy with the salesman, he followed us around. a lot. we were looking to purchase a washer and dryer and the man just pestered us and made me feel uncomfortable. i will never do business there again.

went to Appliance Enterprise looking for a washer and dryer stack set. the store was filthy and junky and looked very much like a warehouse. most of the appliances were what they call 'scratch and dent'. The salesmen were very pushy and rude. THEY DID NOT GET MY SALE

I like the business becaus it produses a lot profit.But it also needs a lot of capital.I do produce palm oil and palm canel oil.
