I was really impressed with the staff the ladies at the desk was really nice I was sitting down and one of the staff came up sat down next to me and went over some paperwork place is nice and clean and Dr Sue was very nice. And explained everything I need to do with my doggies I will continue going back there Thank You staff and Dr Sue for taking care of my doggies

I stopped in on Thursday with my cat who was having trouble breathing. I explained what was going on with my cat and that I did not have an appointment. The nice tech went to see if the Dr. would see me. After a few minutes she came back out and said the Dr. was finishing charts and would not see me. I was stunned. We love the staff of Animal Care of Gloucester. Everyone is so friendly and do everything they can to help you. Dr. Stiff & Dr. Betts take GREAT care of our 3 dogs and cat. As far as my husband and I are concern this is the veterinarian office we have ever been to since we have moved to VA 7years ago. Thank you to everyone for everything you have done for us!

Excellent care and excellent staff! My dog Dodger loves everyone there. All are so friendly and take good care of not only Dodger but of my cat Jasmine as well, even thought she's never too kind. You can just feel the compassion when you walk in.

Absolutely love the staff! Doctors, techs, receptionist and kennel staff are all wonderful! Would pay so much more for the excellent medical care provided but the prices are so reasonable its a true win-win. Wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else!!
