Always expect service provider to come back with a list of you- need-to-fix-this list, but, they changed my oil and that was it. Also told me, before changing, that I needed 6 quarts, which would cost slightly more. I will be back.

I've been taking my car here for years (as have my dad & stepmom), and I STILL come from Chesterfield out here to have service done. Every service that's been done on my car has been excellent. And I don't have to worry about prices being jacked up and services performed that I don't need just because I'm a woman bringing my car in alone.

I didn't get the service I asked for...I asked and repeated myself twice through a phone conversation that I wanted a full synthetic oil change....however I received a regular oil change...though this is not what I asked for and I am totally ticked I will come back ...I will however put a large sign on my dash to reiterate what I want done....Linda Purvis

As a woman, I don't feel like I'm being taken for a ride when I take my car here for service/inspection. They are fast; when i have my kids with me, this is even more important. They don't give you any BS and I appreciate that. They are also supportive of the community (fire service, etc.). It's nice to see local businesses giving back.

From start to finish, the 100,000 mile service, could not have been a better experience. The whole job was almost $200 cheeper than my other mechanic. Definitely worth the drive from Richmond!

Came in 1 hour before closing on a Friday (it was very busy) to get my oil changed. They were very nice about changing my oil and I was out in no time! I also told them about what my car was doing when I drove it every morning. They looked at it and told me what the problem was. Thank you! I'm super happy, I will be there again this week to have the problem fixed!

Andy's Automotive ran diagnostics and fixed our vehicle's problem. In a couple of months the problem reoccurred. They fixed the problem again AT NO CHARGE, and this time, they were able to determine the cause of the problem...misfire of 1st cylinder. I hate gettting my car worked on, or at least I USED to!
Since I found Andy's, getting my car worked on is a lot less stressful.
I can sit in the reception area and watch tv while sipping on a freshly made cup of coffee or tea. Everyone seems to know everyone here, so its interesting just to sit and listen to the friendly conversations.
