I made a payment so that parts could be ordered to fix my dishwasher. The technician said the part would take one week- 12 weeks later, they took my money and never came back. I have called every week to see what is going on, at first they said that the part was on backorder...so I waited. Then 10 weeks in, the man who answered the phone told me that the technician has not been around lately...

I am very pleased with the service that this company performed on my ge refrigerator ... the tech was very polite and explained everything to me in detail ... since they did such a good job fixing my refrigerator, i figured i would put in a good word for them ... highly recommended to everyone ... oh and even if you don't have their coupon ... just mention it to them and they will honor it!

Would recommend them. They are highly professional and know what they are doing. The come on time, fix the problem, give low rates (lower than other companies that i have gotten estimates from), and are very friendly.

American Appliance Services are highly professional grade technicians who know what they are dealing with. They do a very good job and all repairs. Are on time, courteous, give good estimates, and best of all try to repair the same day! Would recommend them to everyone.

Called American Appliance, they made an appointment the same day, last Wednesday, they came on time, knew right away what was wrong with my refrigerator and took care of it that day. It is now working and I could not be more pleased with this company, price was what I expected and they were very professional. N. Ryan 6/6/2010

We invited American Appliance Services, Inc to repair our range.
There diagnostic was wrong and after replacing wrong detail they said they need to replace another detail which they can order but it will take about 2 months to get it. There manager Mike (he refused to tell his last name) was extremely hostile. I would recommend keeping far away from this company.

They showed up on time, fixed my GE washer and gave me a good price. I am most impressed with the staff who is extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I called based on reviews I'd read and I hope this helps someone make thae same choice. I would recommend them and I'll use them again. Great service.

y husband called American Appliance Services, Inc. to fix our dryer. They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed that we needed a new heating element. They gave us a very reasonable estimate so we decided to do the repair. I will highly recommend this company to others.

We called this company when our 2 year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher stopped working. The technician gave us a fixed estimate as opposed to an hourly rate. Since my husband is a active military officer, we also got an extra 10% off. Thanks for the great job!
