Awesome customer service. I called for a part, and Mike who answered was great in customer service. He even got on his computer to see if he could find the part I needed. I will deff. call them when parts are needed. Thank You Mike!!

I was recommended to Always Used Auto by my brother in-law when my car broke down a week ago in Virginia Beach & needed to be towed. My brother in-law put me in touch with Mike who surprisingly at the last minute arranged to have my car towed & fixed within 24hrs. I had my car back on the road by Saturday! The customers service is terrible! Not only did the the rep. talked rudely and state nothin i could do for you but he also hung-up the phone on me before I could even ask if they had another part in.
It's one thing if your going through difficulties were your vehical but its another thing when you have peolple who can help , make the problems worse by being ignorant!! So they will never get my...
