Very poor, cranky service. I will not be using this locksmith again. They overcharged for the service fee (like $50-75), and the serviceman was incredibly rude. He has no idea how to be customer-friendly.
can not say enough positive things about This locksmith company. My girlfriend and I went to them based on the internet - and they were wonderful. The service was very responsive, patient and fair . If you have find yourself locked out of house, give them a call, they are open 24 hours, we even got a real customer service person at 1 in the morning!!
I just need my house rekey and called this guys. They gave me a fair price for the job and even fixed one of the door for free, it was fast and easy. I will save the number for sure.
Great service, excellent work, fair prices. What more can you ask for! I was very happy with their responsiveness. They rekeyed all of the locks throughout my home and they worked much better and smoother than before. I got new keys and better working locks. It was a wintery Friday night and I got home late to discover that my house had been broken into by my ex boyfriend who still had a key. I called the police and then called them because I had heard that the operate as a emergency locksmith. These guys came out straight away and did a lock re key for me. I was really surprised at the good price because it was late at night and it was an emergency locksmith service after all. I would definitely call them if I ever need emergency locksmith services again.

Ive used all-star before to install locks on 2 doors and was very satisfied with the service, recently one of the locks became loose so i called all-star and they were more than happy to come a tighten and adjust it for me even though my warranty had expired a month earlier,Joey is very polite and competent locksmith and would use him again.

I planned on having my super install it, but the guy was adamant that most supers don’t know how to do this correctly and convinced me that I needed a professional to do it. I don’t know if that was true, but not wanting to take a risk, I had them do it, even though it cost me a lot more money.
They tried to sell me on other security features such as the big metal bar that goes along the door and some kind of brass plate to go over the lock, but with installation, it ran hundreds of dollars more than I planned to spend. I declined those...
