Ashley and her team was great to work with!! Out of all of the places I went to I had the best experience at All The Rage :) I love their honesty and hearing what you want instead of them trying to push sales. Their dresses are unique and nothing like what anyone else has in the area. I couldn't have picked the more perfect dress for my day :D

I can't say enough about the staff at the All the Rage VA Beach location!! They were super helpful, very nice, and exceeded our expectations. We were in a pinch finding a dress for my daughter's prom Bc her first dress got damaged. They went above and beyond what you would expect in helping her find the right dress!! I will definitely recommend them in the future and go there first next time...

VERY DISAPPOINTED in the treatment my daughter and I received after the sale of the dress. Received a very snotty phone call from the manager "Ashley" about picking the dress up or it would be returned to the floor and she would forfeit her deposit. I walked in with my future daughter in law, her family and friends without an appointment. We were welcomed right away even though they were busy. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this place if you're shopping for a dress for any occasion. I would give them 10 stars if it was available.

Had the most amazing experience at this bridal shop !! So friendly and accommodating! Made me feel special like every bride to be should ! Have been to other bridal shops and they definitely fell short in the customer service department but not all the rage Virginia beach ! Great place for bridal just don't go during prom season which is way too crowded to even enjoy a fitting. I kind of wish they had warned me about it. I would have just switched to a different day....

The girls at All The Rage VB were amazing! Right off the bat they were so sweet and so attentive and you could just tell they really wanted me to find my dream dress and that I wasn't just some customer that walked through their door. I went to all the rage in Chesapeake today, Cynthia worked with my mom and I today. It was an amazing experience where I felt truly valued. Cynthia dedicated her time to us and I found the perfect wedding dress!

This is a perfect example of a terrible thing creeping into our society - the failure and unwillingness to accept the responsibility for one's own actions and the irrational urge to find someone else to blame. Think about it ...if a reasonable person had just paid almost $500 for an item, why would they then abandon it for almost a year, fail to contact in any way...or not respond to attempts...
