This is the worst car lot EVER!!!! Buyers please beware of this place. They sold me a 2007 BMW 525xi with so much hidden damage is ridiculous!!! They showed me a bogus car fax and hid the fact that it had been in 2 accidents with airbag deployment. This was a terrible experience. They only care about making a sale and that is it!!! Its been months and i have received no help with my issues. I ended up having to repair issues with the vehicle that the dealership should have fixed. Today I just found out there is more wrong with the vehicle. It also had some front end body work that was not disclosed to me..Two words.. "Stay Away"

Illegal warranty?

The contract that is for the warranty states that if the car is being financed it can not be cancelled.I think you should contact your State Attorney General, as well as any state agency that regulates LENDERS and automobile dealers.It is ILLEGAL in the U.S. to require an after market "warranty" as a condition of granting a consumer vehicle loan.You CAN cancel the after market warranty and...

I was not defending this company.   The point of my post was to show you how this happened.  These are common tactics used by most used car dealers.   Hopefully, if you recognize how they talked you into this mess, you can avoid it next time.

You let this happen

You were lied to about the condition of the car. You were lied to about it being a nonsmoker's car. You were lied to about the paperwork being ready. Yet, you chose to sign an unread contract. Three red flags aren't enough?
The salesman offered you a refund but you responded with accusations of scamming and lying. You had a way out and you bungled it.
