The staff at Air Specialty was courteous. There was a delay (2-3 days) in obtaining a price quote, but things ran smoothly subsequently for the installation of the new upstairs furnace.

Servicing went very well. Technician was thorough and approached all that he accomplished professionally. Provided full explanations as to his findings and described all that he did while in our home.
Overall price for A/C replacement was lower than two competitors.
Came home to no AC at 6pm one weekday evening. Technician was there by 8:30pm and had system working perfectly within a half hour. Also have a yearly maintenance contract wit them. They are extremely dependable and keep everything running smoothly.
