Wayne and Cindy just left my home. It is a Sunday! I had white dots all over my screen as well as a purple curtain of vertical lines making my TV unwatchable. They were very prompt in responding to my phone message. I gave the Model number and the issue over the phone and got a FREE ESTIMATE about 8 minutes later. Great PRICE!! They arrived on time and were very pleasant and friendly. They took the time to tell me and show me what the issue was. I would recommend them to anyone in the area having an issue with their televisions. Awesome job guys thank you very much.
I contacted this company after a horrible company promised a couple day repair and then disappeared with my TV for a month! Wayne was recommended by a co-worker who also had a good experience. Wayne was very quick to research the part I needed, acquire it and replace my broken part (a chip), all at a reasonable price. He was a very nice man and I was highly impressed with him. In addition to completing the repair, he also cleaned out the inside of my 61 inch DLP TV to prevent future issues that dust buildup can cause. It is obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers and I will continue to utilize his services for as long as he remains in the TV repair business (being an avid video gamer, I intend to always have the biggest/highest Definition TV's on the market, so I will likely need his assistance again!) I took a chance and had wayne look at my LCD tv just in case it was salvageable. He was upfront, honest, and the price was perfect. Needless to say he diagnosed the problem and fixed the tv the same day. If I ever have a tv issue again with a diff tv or a friend does there is no doubt I will be recommending Wayne at Affordable Mobile TV Repair!
I never thought I'd go to a TV repair person but I guess they don't make TVs like they used to! Wayne is a genuinely nice person. He will tell you, then show you exactly what is wrong with your TV. He is not out to scam you or take your money. I needed a little chip replaced in my TV. I probably could have bought it online for $40 and then spent a week trying to find out where and how to replace it, but at his price I think it was well worth it, especially with a 1 year warranty. I'd say it definitely beats having to buy a whole new $700 set. I called him Monday night and we set an appointment up for Tuesday night. He was very prompt, arriving at my door exactly when he said he'd be there and it only took a total of an hour to have my set repaired. Overall, he was fast, inexpensive, professional, and prompt. I usually don't write reviews but this guy is great and I definitely recommend him to anyone in the tidewater area. Hopefully I won't have anymore TV problems but if I do I'll know who to call. Our tv broke several days ago. I was going to throw out the set, but a neighbor told us about Affordable Mobile TV Repair, so we called them. The tv is working and we received a 2 YEAR Warranty. Very nice people to deal with, and we highly recommend them.
Called Wayne last month when the picture on my 56" Samsung was starting to fade. He did some quick research and promptly called me back. He was out in about an hour and fixed the issue within the budget he had quoted me over the phone. I was impressed and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
These guys came out and did a good job of fixing my TV. I do kinda feel for the amount of time it took to fix the TV I might of paid a lil too much but it was way cheaper than buying a new TV.

Had my bulb go out on my TV about 3 to 4 months ago. I was told that I had a one year warranty on the bulb. Now that the bulb has went out again. Very prompt at calling us back and making a house visit. Although I don't suggest phone calls as the best way to reach him, facebook and email are probably the way to go. Unfortunately, the distributor was taking too long to deliver the part needed for the tv so we simply got our power supply board back, but he was also prompt on returning it once we got a hold of him.

Horrible experience!! Paid $40 and Wayne reassured me he can get the part to fix my TV over 3 weeks ago. Took my part and now won't call me back. I've left several messages and texts and no response. I told him I trusted him and was skeptical of other contractors. I feel taken advantage of. No follow up and still has my tv part. No excuses for not calling a customer back. Definitely do not...
I hate a broken Samsung plasma. They were able to diagnose the problem over the phone the same day and jumped on the problem. They even came back at my convenience in the evening and did a great job fixing the problem.
Horrible! !! Buyer beware! They came to my house, paid them 40 for the service call and they disappeared with my tv part. For weeks our calls were never answered. Finally they come back again and this time take my tv to repair in their "shop". Again, they have disappeared for about a month now and don't return our calls. Beginning to look into filling a small claims report as they STOLE MY TV now.

I contacted several TV Repair Shops about having our 52" LCD set repaired, and Affordable Mobile TV Repair was the only shop in the area to return our phone calls. I spoke to Wayne and he assured me that me set was fixable. They came out, fixed the set today (same day I called), and provided me with a 2 year warranty on the repair. I couldn't be happier with the price and service I received.
I called Wayne on a Saturday and he called me back! "Did you unplug it to see if that fixed it?" Duh. No. Guess what? It fixed it. I am having him come out anyway and give the TV a "tune up." Wonderful service!

Thanks so very much for fixing our tv. Its working like a brand new tv. These guys fixed the tv in our home and it took only an hour. Plus they gave us a discount so the bill was under $200.
