They were on time. My gripe is, it was untold that before the project the bathroom floor would be removed with both toilet basin & sink removed. They put the basin in the shower (didn't remove) and the screws to the door were scattered and I'm visually impaired. Thought the communication was poor when it came to working in the house. The removal & insulation installation went well.

Kevin and his two employees Ken and Gary were extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable, It's a shame that there aren't more people like these 3 guys. I have another job they're doing for me and would highly recommend their services. In my book, it doesn't get any better! These are great!

Kevin first gave me a free mold inspection of my house then Brandon and Antonio cleaned the ducts and vents thoroughly. I first became acquainted with AdvantaClean of Richmond two years ago when they performed the same service that they did today and I will most likely ask them back again in the future.

This level of service is top notch!
