Dr. Rosenthal is one of those physicians who only cares aboout collecting your copay/deductible rather than tour health. She will leave you sitting in an exam room for well over an hour while she
s on a "conference call with the hospital" than see you.
Her staff is fantastic and try the best they can but you can even see it in their eyes how extremely difficult it is to work for her.
AWFUL! The machine used to provide a reading of your current eyeglass prescription is not accurate. Two readings provided two different outcomes.
Cannot obtain medical records. Charged a fee of $15 and not received. Claims the records are "archived". The visits/tests were less than 3 months ago. Too many tests are needlessly performed.

Dr. Rosenthal has provided me great service and I have been going there since I was a child. The staff is very friendly and I have never once had a problem. It's a shame to see so many negative reviews when that has not been my experience at all.

Have visited Dr. Rosenthal several times and have been quite impressed. Each time I have been given a thorough examination and my condition explained in understandable detail. I have found her to be pleasant, caring and professional. Certainly I would recommend Dr. Rosenthal to my family and friends.

Just had the greatest experience with Dr. Rosenthal. She took all the time that was needed to get all my issue resolved ... she actually listened to my complaints and addressed watch one in a manner that I could understand and more importantly that I would remember. I never felt rushed or that I wasn't being listened to . I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends
Don't waste your time and money. Incompetent confused it's all about the bottom line. She has you come back three times unbelievable unheard-of three co-pays she's all about the money. All doctors want the money but she's upfront and greedy and unethical to not go very upsetting

Office staff is great but dr is money hungry and seems like that is all she cares about. She performs unnecessary procedures and does not tell you that insurance will not cover it and then sends you a bill.
