They were great! The guys jumped right in from the start and even offered to clean the very few foot prints on my carpet. They were professional, explained what they were going to do, and asked if I wanted to see the work in my attic when they were done. I am completely satisfied with the work. I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs that kind of help.
Needed a Termite inspection for a home refinance. Technician showed up on time with short notice. Was in a marked company vehicle and a uniform with company logo. Very professional thorough and knowledgeable. If I were looking for a pest control service I would not hesitate to go with ACCEL.

From the office staff to the technician, everyone was thorough, pleasant and professional. When the rep came out to do the initial inspection, he took the time to explain everything. There was no pushy sales presentation, which is a big turnoff for me. I would definitely recommend them.
I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Not only did the technician come 10 minutes early, he resolved issues that were not present on the initial inspection. In addition, Accel was able to schedule an appointment before the weekend to repair my crawl space doors!

I was amazed how quickly I was contacted by the company upon entering my data in Home Advisor. In addition, they were prompt at scheduling "same day" service and arrived promptly to address my bee issue. The manager followed up the following morning as promised to make sure there was no futher bee activity in the treated areas. Very pleased with service overall and would use again.
Next time I need an exterminator, Accel will be my first and only call. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I called Accel on Tuesday, John was at my house on Wednesday, and the hive of yellow jackets was gone on Thursday.
The people are so nice and helpful. This is the way customer service should be. Plus as soon as the pest control guy left I found like 4 dead bugs at my store so their product did it's job immediately. So great!

When we noticed a problem in a new home, I was concerned about getting someone there quickly. Cust. service on the phone was fantastic(Shannon), I had an appointment immediately and they were at my home in an hour. They did need to get a different product to treat my problem and that delayed the job to later the same day, but I'd rather have it done correctly. Price was VERY reasonable. Shon...

I registered with Home Advisor, explained my pest problem and Accel Pest and Termite Control was at my house within 24 hrs. He searched our entire house from the crawl space to the attic. He identified our problem areas and corrected them the same day. The foul odor has gone away and pest can no longer gain...

Accel was called to my home after my plumber found significant termite activity/damage while replacing what I thought was only a leaky valve. After the drywall was removed the damage was exposed and it was clear that there was a issue to be dealt with. Long story short, Accel was the fourth and final company I had out to get an estimate from. The individual that came out truly seemed interested...
Exceptional service! After discovering termite damage six months after moving into our new home. We went through the chore of getting four or five companies out to give us estimates on termite control. Half of them did not offer a repair warranty and only two of them repaired damage. Accel not only included what we had researched to be the best chemical on the market to treat your home with,...
I couldn't get my bug company to call me back, my neighbor referred Accel to us, they came out right away and I haven't seen a bug since. So I got rid of the overpriced service from the national company. I now have better service and I am saving money. Call them if you want something done right. I can't say enough!
