Ever since i moved into an apartment at abbington landing, i have loved it. I came here a few years ago and they have so many awesome new things they didnt have before. My apartment has new appliances and I can use the computers in the clubhouse for free. Each time I see the staff they are happy to help me and my maintenance calls are treated like they really care. I love my new home. The renovations that were done are wonderful. I have stainless steel/black appliances, full size front load washer and dryer, the bathrooms have all been redone. Everything looks great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance request are handled very quickly.
The floors where creaky, every step you make you could hear, the walls are paper thin, the rooms DON'T look like the show room either. Its way overpriced. The ants get really bad in the summer, maintenance is horrible. I think I lived next to drug dealers too. By far the worst place I ever lived. They also charged us an arm and a leg once we moved out.
Though the frontward appearance and style may reflect a certain charm and a slight image of the 'american dream', these apartments are anything but. Don't be deceived by the management's quaint little model finely decorated to falsely reflect large space and quiet surroundings.
Wow, I don't think I want to live here. Newbaby3 seems to be outnumbered percentage wise on the condition of the property & the apartments. Maybe, she was fortunate to obtain the one that looks like the model. I have visited someone at these apartments and I find them filthy and disgusting and I would definitely not have to think twice about raising a child in a such a disgusting place. Oh...
Mold,pest,poor construction,it flooded no maintenance. High electricity bill. Toilets always broken! They didn't fix any thing! They took all our deposit. After receiving my husbands orders, we moved, they froze our account & sued us :-(. I wouldn't recommend this place to the -----.
I wanted to take a second to write a nice reveiw becuase people are always writing bad stuff about places. The staff at Cloverleaf is so helpful, they have helped me so many times when i was late on my rent they worked with me and helped me to get cuaght up. Also the maintenace is really good. They come and fix my probelems in same day or only two days later. Everyone is very nice. Thanks
I rent a three bedroom apartment with no washer and dryer included, but I pay a morgage not rent 1005.00. Paint chipping on the counters, mirrors falling out of the vanities when you open them, ralings falling off as you go up the stairs. Not worth the morgage. And they don't tell you in the brosure that you have to pay an additional between 35.00-45.00 in water added onto your rent. Hmmmm...

I moved into cloverleaf apartments bout 2 mos ago and had he best experience. They were super friendly in the office and when I had a maintained issue the supervisor came out n fixed it himself. The park is beUtiful and there are tons of kids. So far I plan on renewing my lease.
Not so bad for short term. If you're planning on staying in the area for about a year...it's not a bad value for the money. I have not had any problems. I have read the reviews concerning safety, and have not had any problems myself...but wouldn't say I feel 100% safe.
I just wanted to say that I have had some of the same concerns as the previous complaints. But I would like to say that I have met the new manager and she seems to be wonderful. She has a great personality and is very helpful. Management now seems like they really care about how I feel. They have added reserved parking which took forever to get! I have lived at Cloverleaf for over 2 years and I have been very happy with all the aspects of the community. The atmosphere in the office is very welcoming and the staff is very helpful and caring. If I had a maintenance issue it was always addressed and fixed. I like having my own parking spot so I don't have to worry about finding a place to park. I also have a dog and they are pet friendly....
This place is terrible. Maintence takes forever to get completed. Because of this my electric bill went up $40 and I wasn't reimbursed. They do allow pets, but with a $300 fee per animal which is NON-REFUNDABLE and you pet a pet rent every month. There is NO insulation in the walls and I can hear everything my neighbors do. I moved in a couple months ago and have had 0 problems. My boyfriend and I use the free computers all the time and they have dog park so we can take our dog there. When I moved in the office staff made everything easy, as we moved from Texas and did all of it online and email. My boyfriend is military and not always here and I feel perfectly safe by myself. After moving the people out of 55 Traverse Rd, 10, they have all moved back in. Cop were here on Monday. Tonight, 54 Traverse #1 had a drug bust and people taken out in cuffs.......wonderful place to live.....it is worse than ever! Don't move here....it is just not safe. Management does not care to whom they rent. Finally put up a fence and the fence jumpers are all over it. Nice job!
To the person who wrote that the carpets must have been pretty messed up no just normal walk through traffic dirt. And you just want someone to know that you purchased a home so and I'm military and me and my family move from place to place. These apartments are a rip off. The leasing staff is outsanding, they are courteous and very helpful. I have never had any problems with bugs or the maintenace team. The prices are reasonable and I would deffinitley recommend these homes to my friends!!!
maintenance takes a week before they even get to you to fix your problem! its way overpriced the wall are cracking, floors are creaking about to fall through! everyone gets shot up out here! appliances are old and crappy, tile in kitchens are all cracked up! and the office staff never have answers to ur questions!!
I live here since My of 2006 and I dont like it. I wish I took more time to look around and make my decisions better. Cloverleaf Apt are not clean, very old and times you dont get what u need fix. Someone got murder right where I stay at in the court yard. not a place for me or my child. I wouldnt recommend it to anybody.
Don't know really why people have had a problem. I've lived here for 7 months with my fiance and best friend. The only problem we had was a slightly leaky roof which was patched imediatly. These apartments are so disgusting and dirty. They are in an unsafe neighborhood where drug deals and shootings happen. It is an awful place to live and can't wait until we move.
If you're a soldier, don't bother moving here. They will tell you that your place was repainted and everything before you moved in but you'll find old holes in the wall that were spackled in with toothpaste and all kinds of other shortcuts that were taken during this "repainting". They'll sure take your security deposit and tell you the home is great, though.
I have been living here for a few months and I have to say that I am very happy with the community overall. I feel safe in my home and I love the look of all new cabinets and counters it is great! I love that I have my own parking space so I never have to worry about being to far away from my door. I would tell anyone who is looking for a great afordable place this is the one for you.

I have lived in Cloverleaf since Nov 2006. My apartment is what they showed me and I have had very little problems. When I have need things fixed they were done im a resonable amount of time and done properly. The office staff is very nice to and always help me out. I have had no problems at all walking around a night witht he dog or anything like that. R.ent is resonable.

I have been getting ready to leave out of state and found this site for apartments. I thought for kicks I would look up my current apartment and I have to laugh at the comments. They (the recent ones) are so true. But I have to laugh at them or else I am deeply saddened by the place that I live in.
I just moved into my apartment in November. So far, I love it. It is a little noisy outside because of the interstate, but once i close my door, i dont hear a thing. The neighbors are friendly. They have a dog park, a pool, a fitness center, and its located near everything that I need, including my job.
They do not comply with lease. and will not let you out of lease due to deployment. Do not rent of these people. Run in the other direction. its a total nightmare. Command had to get involve big time. OIC had to confront manager in person.
