I had the same issue that another reviewer had. Dr. Vane used temporary cement on a permanent crown and I ended up with an infection, requiring a root canal and a new crown. My endodontist said it is improper protocol to use temporary cement on a permanent crown. Also an ill fitting crown and a lot of pain. It cost me over $5,0o0 to fix the work that Dr. Vane did.
