I called in the morning of September 17th, a Saturday, I wanted to switch the furniture in two bedrooms- very heavy furniture. I was sent two men in the afternoon of the same day. The most experienced man was Xavier. Both he and the other man were efficient, courteous, and eager to help me in any way possible. The cost was about 1/2 of that quoted by several other companies. I've just move to Arlington from Chesapeake and considering the traffic on I-95, Joe and Antoine were very friendly and was at their best at moving my stuffs. They were not just guys that move furnitures, but professionals. I have one word: Nightmare. The men that moved us were not only unprofessional and careless, one actually yelled at my wife on the phone when she called them after they LEFT with our master bathroom FULL of boxes and a vanity table!!!!!!!! I can not believe these guys are still around. I used them 11/2 years ago and no thank you ever again. I wrote it on here befor and I see it is gone. They should have taken better care of me even after the move was done they wouldn't even call me back about the damages.
