For every person here makeing a complaint there are probably dozens more that were ripped off. This one needs to be covered on TV. And I'm pretty sure it will.
Complaining here is a good thing but taking action is better. You can file a "Warrant in Debt:" and get a judgement against him without the expense of a lawyer.

Do NOT do business with this company! I paid up front (my mistake) for a moisture treatment. Made appointments for them to do the work three different times. Every time they don't show and they don't call. Trying to get refund now and every time I talk to this clown he tells me "I'll call you back" - he never does. If you want someone to give you the run around you,ve reached the right company. The owner will lie to you in your face, tell you they will provide service at a specific time and you can call to see what is the problem which he will give you another excuse for delays. A Atlantic came to my house and sprayed on a Saturday and gave me a 90 day warranty. ZERO stars for this company. The only bright star there is Tammy the receptionist. I have major beef with their service guy named ALEX. Alex NEVER shows up within the two hour window of my scheduled appt., if he even shows up AT ALL! Since February, I've lost so many hours of work waiting around for Alex. And my bug problem is still not solved.
I would highly recommend A-Atlantic Termite. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They are reasonably priced and they get the job done. If you have bugs this is the place to go if you want the bugs gone.
