Customer was quoted a price of 169 per hour to clear is main sewer line most jobs were in and out in one hour. Unless like this customer had no Access to sewer line so we had to probe to locate line dig down 3 FEET very hard dirt!!!!! This company does not inform you that after a certain hour the rates are much higher. Their ad "24 hour emergency service) is quite misleading. The dispatcher should inform customers who call after a certain hour of this. The customer then can decide if it can wait for daytime hours. I feel completely ripped off.
My toliets, sinks and showers were backing up. It was late I found A-1 sewer and drain in the phonebook and saw they had 24 hour service. They arrived within the hour. Fixed the problem within an hour and billing was resonable. I would hightly reccommend them to my family and friends. Marie
