Awesome service as usual. I have moved from the area near the shop to the other side of town and they found me on the computer when I came in and changed everything over instantly and it made me feel like an old customer again. Tommy had the vehicle in and out in about 20 minutes as usual again. Great little hidden gem on the beach for us locals or not so locals as I am now.

The service for my wife and I has always been superb. Quick in. Quick out. No hassles or worries. Rick and company has taken care of our automobiles for years now and never had one complaint from us. Tommy (the owner) has been nothing but helpful and the cashiers are always pleasant. I highly recommend this shop, from automobile repairs down to grabbing a snack and some gas. The people are great to be around!!

When getting a state inspection done i think people should be informed ahead of time that there may be a chance that yhey would have to drive your car off property for testing. If they do then please avoid getting in an accident if they do get in an accident dont wait 3 hrs to let the customer know. And at least appologize to the customer.

Being a ASE certified auto mechanic myself, I know how some repair shops can be, But I'll tell you this, the guys at this shop are top notch.. They came & towed my car from the Hotel parking lot within 20 minutes of me calling them..

And called me several times during the day to give me progress reports on how the repairs & diagnosis were going.. and had me back on the road to Richmond with a smile on my face and money left in my pocket..

The service was exelent, staff very knowledgable & friendly and everything was done at a very, very fair price.. If your in the VA.Beach area & have car...
