My room mates and I had to boot out another room mate because he was just a complete and total psycho. After he broke back in a few times we realized that he didn't actually give us his keys (he had made multiple copies and still had sets) so we REALLY needed to get the locks changed for our safety. We called around to make sure we were getting the best deal we possibly could and we found this place. We were so happy to finally get this done for a great price and the technician even gave us 10% off! AMAZING.

Agh I was in such a hurry I was NOT paying attention to what I was doing. I ended up locking my puppy in my car and it was over 90 degrees!! I needed to get that car open and get her out of there! I called up the quickest locksmith in the area and this place showed up in 20 minutes!! SO FAST. They got the car open and I had my puppy out of there and enjoying a nice bowl of water! Life savers!

This is a company that knows how to treat costumers well , & know how to work with you even if you have a hared time understanding like me that doesn't really know much about keys , they are the ones that taught me the differences about all types of keys ! & i appreciate your thoughts thank you ! \r

I lowned my car to my nephew because he wanted to go to some friends party that was a couple hours away from where we live. The first thing I told him was not to loose the keys because I don't have back up ones. I'm pretty sure you guys know what happened. He lost my keys and I had to call locksmith. They drove down to him and got the car open for him with a new set of keys. Thanks guys

The emergency responder was condescending and could not find our location without a full address (including zip code). I have a 5 year old GPS that doesn't require a ZIP code. Even a google search doesn't need a ZIP code to be accurate.

These other reviews are accurate. They not only took 2 weeks to order very basic locks, but when I wanted them keyed to my key, it cost me 4 times what it normally should have. I was once a locksmith and could have ordered the locks (which should have been stocked), and rekeyed them by the next afternoon. These guys aren't busy for good reason. Take your business elsewhere.

My dad had this gun safe for as long as I can remember. When he passed and my brother and I were going through the things in the garage we agreed to open it up. We called these guys and they were able to open it up for us without ruining the safe!

one word - knowledgable. the person over the phone knew so much about everything. he had the right answer to all of my crazy questions! and the tech that came and changed the locks and keys around my house was very informative of everything that was being done, giving me pros and cons to each decision i had to make.
