The company they are referring to is Quality Equipment, LLC, which is located directly across the street from Revels Turf & Tractor in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Revels Tractor no longer services residential mowing equipment, but specializes in Golf and Sports Turf equipment only. No employee of Revels Turf & Tractor would ever treat anyone in such a manner.

I will never go back to this place for business. I carried my lawn mower there for repair and got it back and the floor board was broken. I talked to the manager brought it back to show what damage was done. I was very polite and just wanted them to replace what was broken. I was told I will fix it but DON'T COME BACK AGAIN !!, and was told evrybody want something for nothing. I did not travel 25 miles to get something for nothing, I can afford to repair it myself but I did not break it. Trust me I will never go back again.
