I am a 5 am person and so far so good, today no one showed to open, but things happen and I understand. There does need to be better ventilation in the building. In the locker rooms as well for those who take showers after their workouts and go to work. Those locker rooms get steamy!
I have had a good time so far and glad the wifi has been fixed!

I love coming here. I have never been motivated to work out until I came here. Coming to retro I have started to work out more and feel more confident about myself than I have ever before. I love Retro Fitness so much better than PF. I'm so glad I signed up at Retro! ☺

Its awesome because they have updated equipment and gives you how mach calories you have lost. It also slows you down when your heart rate is to high and gives you a sense of security. One of my favorites.
