My husband and I are military and I think they target military families because we are gone often and dont receive all our mail. I have been battling them for almost a year. Just like you I agreeed to pay to end it and here they come again trying to extort more money. Somebody has to do something about them.

My identity was stolen and I am being forced to pay an eviction that clearly i had no parts of. I made payment arrangements with Results Unlimited after they put a freeze on 2 bank accounts. I have been fighting this company for over a year.  While I was deployed in the Middle East, they obtained a court order to seize my bank accounts.This was for an apartment in which I never lived.  I have taken them to court 4 times to fight this.  They were able to convince the court that it was lawful for them to do this. Even the judge said that it as not ethical, but it was legal for them...
