Awful

Part of the service Chris advertises is: "203K Inspections and Consulting." Well, forget about the consulting part. Chris will inspect the home, but that is it--there is no consulting. There are no referrals to the "great team of vendors and resources" that Chris claims to have on his website. Absolutely worthless!!
