While a great place to live and centrally located, it is not what I would call luxury. The prices are normal for this area, which means over inflated. The office staff are good, but there seems to be a charge for everything they do.

I moved here from another state and I picked this complex because of its location (walking distance from the Metro) and the amenities. The leasing office staff was very friendly and helpful until they got my deposit and first month's rent. Things went downhill quickly from there. I was given misinformation by the leasing office staff about being able to get my keys on a Sunday, so when I got...

The way the building is constructed you are never far away from your car. The units are built around the garage so the long walks are a thing of the past. The units have 9 feet tall ceiling, so storage in the closets are ample.

The metro is not too far, but you do have to cross a busy road. There is no covered walkway so rain and hot days will get to you, but It is less than 10min away. ...
