Updated hotel - though more attention to detail on cleaning is needed

Rooms are updated, but more attention to detail on cleaning is needed. I had several issues with my room, all addressed when I stopped at the front desk, but none should have happened if the room had been checked.

Nice Room, Nice Location, Nice Gift, Nice Staff

Hotel certainly lives up to the good Residence Inn name. Room was of good size and was clean and good quality. As a platinum member got a nice bag with water and candies. Breakfast had a good variety of food, but nothing beyond standard.
Staff was extremely helpful with questions and the 1 issue I had in resolving it quickly.

Lovely Hotel- Wonderful Staff

A friend booked this hotel at the last minute for a girls' weekend. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is superlative. Each room has a nice kitchen, comfortable seating area and a separate sleeping area. The bathrooms were well conceived and immpacculate. I cannot recommend this notel nearly enough.

Rented a 2 bedroom suite for my son and his 3 cousins for his 13th birthday. Hotel was super clean, comfy and felt like home. The boys had a ball in the indoor pool and they even utilized the gym. What kind of a person checks into a hotel that is advertised and marketed as "smoke free" and then proceeds to puff away into the wee hours of the night and then fire up again at the first light of day?
