I found this place on citysearch and it had a good review and I realized it was on the street across from my building. So I went there today for a mani and pedi and it was just like your average good manicure and pedicure, with the same colors you could get anywhere else. The only thing that made it different was that there were private and semi-private rooms. But honestly I prefer being in a salon where everyone is in the same place because this just felt weird to me. I completely agree with Lorena. I paid $30.00 for a manicure and there was nothing particularly outstanding about it given the price. The people working there were really nice however the place looked kind of run down and I still don't get why they didn't have dryers for my nails.

This place is worth every penny. Although its significantly more than your local nail salon, Rescue Beauty Lounge does the best manicure pedicure in the city.
