Renters Warehouse managed a house in the city for about a year. Jessica was my point of contact, very helpful. She helped schedule maintenance visits and coordinated things beautifully. I never got any complaints from my tenants.

While the service is good, the initial fees are a bit high in my opinion.

We've had Renters Warehouse BW Metro for just over two years. They're very good as far as vetting potential tenants, getting screening, and doing paperwork. I think communication could be improved between listing agents and home owners. The corporate office is great at communication, but the individual listing agents could be better.

I did recommend Renters Warehouse BW Metro to someone. I recommended them because it seemed like a reasonable commissioning next month for what I was getting. So far, they've been reliable for me, they've done what they say they would do!

We have worked with Renters Warehouse over the past year as we have been getting settled into a new home. They have responded really quickly to all of our maintenance requests and we've had a few getting into our house and getting settled. They've been a big help and have been very professional. Most recently there was a issue with our dryer vent and the vent tubes had detached from each other...

I was quite pleased with how my experience at Renters Warehouse BW Metro went. The person that showed me the home was very nice and helpful during the whole process, and has also been great since, doing check ins and making sure everything has been going alright for us. I would definitely use Renters Warehouse BW Metro again when I am next looking for a rental, and I highly recommend them.
