Mike is very responsive, especially over email, and was able to fix my shower drain clog within one hour of contacting him. He is kind, honest, professional and has reasonable pricing. Awesome service, I'll definitely call him for all my future repairs/upgrades/renovations!

Our experience with Mike was disappointing. He "fixed" one of our stairs and left us with jagged wood sticking out right in front of my baby's bedroom.
