For the past three years I have seen just about every home that they have done. They do amazing work. Every home turns out beautiful. Their staff is so friendly and caring.

Don't respond to calls during build. Contracts open ended, you end up with a house more to their taste than yours. If you try to get what you were promised you are told that you expect everything for free. They get their money and run. Would I chose again? Not.

I have just moved into my new house that was taken from a dried-in shell to turn-key house by Reliable. They did an amazing job. I can't imagine being happier. Nothing is perfect of course, but I am sure that I would not have gotten as much done in as little time for this amount of money if I had gone with anyone else. Requires payment in full before completing work. Does shoddy work and will not fix when asked. I suggest you have a lawyer review their "contracts" first, which are just estimates and extremely vague. Any problems with doors, countertops, fireplaces, etc. wants client to handle, does not handle for you. Many, many issues with the work that was completed, basement leaks, walls not square,...
