I only see "good" reviews here so I wonder if mine will even make it on this board. My wife had an accident with our new car and Nissan told me to take my car To Reliable Auto Collision INC. Mitch was initially very friendly and helpful. He told me it would take 3 days to fix the car but it took 9, so I was left without a car for 9 days. When I went to pick up the car I noticed very little had been fixed. I asked him to finish what he started because this is a brand new car but he screamed at me and told me he wouldn't finish and to never come back to his shop. So the insurance company paid him but my car was still a mess. I went back to Nissan and explained the situation, they stated MItch had to fix it and to leave the car there someone from Nissan would take it to the shop. What I found out later was that Mitch didn't want to fix it so they had to send my car somewhere else. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Mitch (the owner) was so unprofessional, rude and really didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. He doesn't want me to go back but in any case I would never return.
I have refered them to all my friends and family. Would definetly recommend them to anybody that is looking for a new service!!!
