Help us make it rightI went to Regis on Christmas eve because the appointment I made with Levin at Mia Maxx their sister store got cancelled (wasnt happy). Tina was my stylist, I told her that I wanted my hair dyed red with blonde highlights and a trim. First she put the blonde highlight and after they were done she proceeded to dye the rest of my hair red (why she didn't dye it all red first I don't know) the red dye that she put on my hair burnt a little. After she decided that the highlights were ready she called me to the sink were she could rinse them out . When she was finished she asked me to go back to her chair and gave me a consent form to fill out I immediately assumed that something was wrong and wondered why she didn't ask me to fill the form out before she started. When I gave her the form back she then told me that the blonde had pulled the red in and now my highlights were orange I wanted to cry and then realized why she asked me to sign the form. After that she asked me to go to the sink so she could put toner in my hair to try and tone it down. The toned burnt my scalp so badly as I sat there waiting for it to tone my leg was shaking in pain. She then rinsed the toner out and my hair did not look any better. Her next idea was to put more color in my hair to try and fix it once again. After she once again put the dye in my scalp began to burn again. After the last attempt to fix my hair it finally turned out ok however the it was not what I wanted. So after five hours of being there she charged me full price. Within one hour of leaving I started get scabs on all over my scalp. So not only did I not get the service I asked for but I got a raw head.

Way over priced the charge almost twice as much as other locations. The lady also had a bit of attitude. I have had good experience at other locations I will not go to this one though
