No worries on maintenance, accomodating facilities, spacious rooms, cover car garage, what more can I ask for. I lived here for five years and the only thing I think about is to be able to afford the yearly rent increase.

Regency by the Lake is a quiet gated community nestled in Coppell. The pros: attached garage, pets allowed, hardwood floors, updated appliances, prompt and friendly management and maintenance staff, good schools, attached trail/lakes. The cons: growing community (outside the complex) so a lot of construction, school zones 9 months of the year.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED! ApartmentReviews

This is the worst place I have ever lived. You cannot get management to fix anything. Gates don't work; police are always here investigating something. I wish I had never moved here.
