The proximity to major shopping, restaurants and the highway is great. The complex itself is pretty decent and the leasing agents are a joy.

The decision making by the management team is poor. The ability to have visitors without prior planning has been greatly been restricted due policy changes. If you aren't able to speak to the office while they are open then you are limited to one visitor...

Not the newest buildings, so they have the attendant issues that come with aging appliances, etc. However, their staff is very friendly and helpful, especially if you talk to them in person. Maintenance is quick to come and fix the issues, and they will replace appliances that are worn down and can't be fixed quickly. Although it cannot be controlled, i have had my fair share of noisy upstairs neighbors, and Lord only knows what's causing the ruckus. Other than that and a few other minor issues, this apartment is not bad. The highway is just outside of the complex parking lot, maybe a half mile, and the beach is a short 15 minute drive.
