Owner very unprofessional and disrespectful

I live in a quiet neighborhood in Newport News and I realized that through the corse of their professional duties this company was in violation of city ordances and law. I simply went to inform the owner who was onsite and he was very unprofessional, disrespectful and aggressive in his attitude and dialogue. He basically stated he could do what he wanted and for me to leave and not come back. I knew I was in the right and had to call the police out to explain the law to him. I am not an advocate for any landscaping service and have no personal stake in any landscaping company. I would not want this company at my residence though with an owner who has no regard for residents of a neighborhood and is unprofessional when addressed.
