Horrible experience. Paid extra for two day shipping, and on the day it's supposed to be here it hasn't even been shipped out. Asked if I could cancel my order considering it hasn't even been processed and they said no. Tried contacting via phone, email, etc with nothing. Love the brand, horrible service! Very disappointed
