If there were an option for no stars, I would be giving them 0. We have used this car service several times, but now we are using another. I would not recommend this service even to my worse enemy.

The driver left a bag at the airport and tried to claim there was only a single bag. Luckily, it was found. The driver then lied to the manager saying it wasn't found. The company did not call to apologize. The driver even tried to charge me for going back out to Dulles.

I called back two days later because I saw that for the ride to the airport the driver had charged the credit card...
